What is an escape room?


You have 60 minutes to find clues, crack codes, solve brain teasers, and complete puzzles in order to fulfill your mission! The Exit Games is built to give individuals a step outside of reality and into an immersive, real-life puzzle. The clock is ticking and don't forget, every second counts!




What is the price?


The cost per person is $26 for our 60-Minute experiences: White Rabbit Society and The Front Street Casino Heist. For our 45-Minute adventure: Dog Gone Alley, the price per person is $20. Make sure to check out our social media pages for promotions and discounts!




How many players can participate?


Dog Gone Alley: 2-4 players Front Street Casino Heist: 2-6 players White Rabbit Society: 2-8 players For larger groups, or corporate events, please call ahead so we can arrange to accomodate everyone the best we can!




Is there an age limit?


Anyone under the age of 12 must be under adult supervision. Furthermore, you must book the room exclusively for your party if bringing children under the age of 5.




When should I arrive?


Groups are required to arrive 15 minutes PRIOR to your reserved booking time to allow time for briefing. If you arrive after the start time of your reservation, you will not be granted your full allotted time for the mission. If others are booked in the room with you and you arrive late to your scheduled time, your spot will be forfeited and we cannot issue you a refund.




What if I need to change/cancel a booking?


There are no refunds. However, you may change the date and time of your reservation within a 48-HOUR notice. We will always do our best to accommodate you on an alternate date or time in the even of unforeseen circumstances.




Can our group play alone?


COVID-19 UPDATE: At this time, all rooms will be PRIVATE! We offer both private and public bookings! In order to have a room exclusive for your party, select the 'PRIVATE BOOKING' option when reserving online (subject to additional charge depending on participant size). Otherwise, there is always the possibility that others may join you. Escape rooms are all about teamwork, and it's fun to come together with new friends to reach a common goal!




Can my group make a reservation but pay separately?


Yes! In order to make your reservation, we will have to hold a member of your party's credit card information on file. This not only holds your spots, but it also adheres to our no-refund/no-cancellation policy. Your card will not be charged to hold the reservation, but in the instance that your party does not arrive to your reservation, the card WILL be charged. Upon arrival at our facility, we will delete the credit card information on hold and can take as many separate payments as necessary.
