What is an escape room?


You have 60 minutes to find clues, crack codes, solve brain teasers, and complete puzzles in order to fulfill your mission! The Exit Games is built to give individuals a step outside of reality and into an immersive, real-life puzzle. The clock is ticking and don't forget, every second counts!




What is the price?


The cost per person is $26. With all experiences being private, our pricing tier is included below. Also check out our social media pages for promotions and discounts! 2 players - $39/pp 3+ players - $26/pp




How many players can participate?


Dog Gone Alley: 2-5 players Front Street Casino Heist: 3-7 players White Rabbit Society: 3-8 players For larger groups, or corporate events, please call ahead so we can arrange to accomodate everyone the best we can!




Is there an age limit?


Our adventures are suitable for all ages! Please note that anyone under the age of 12 must be under adult supervision in the experience.




When should I arrive?


Groups are kindly requested to arrive 15 minutes PRIOR to your scheduled booking time to allow time for briefing. If you arrive after the start time of your reservation, unfortunately, you will not be granted your full allotted time for the mission.




What if I need to change/cancel a booking?


Our team will always do our best to accommodate! Changes may be made to your reservation only with a 48-HOUR notice of your reserved time slot at which point we can reschedule you to an alternate date or time in the event of unforeseen circumstances. However, there are no refunds or cancellations.




Can our group play alone?


Absolutely! All of our adventures are always PRIVATE!




Can my group make a reservation but pay separately?


Yes! In order to make your reservation, we will have to hold a member of your party's credit card information on file. This not only holds your spots, but it also adheres to our no-refund/no-cancellation policy. Your card will not be charged to hold the reservation, but in the instance that your party does not arrive to your reservation, the card WILL be charged. Upon arrival at our facility, we will delete the credit card information on hold and can take as many separate payments as necessary. To pay separately, please call us at (910) 833-5881.




I'm attempting to use a gift voucher but it won't accept my voucher code?


To redeem a gift voucher, input your voucher code at checkout or visit our Gift Card page and select Redeem. The system will not allow you to reserve online for more participants than your gift voucher credit will cover (ex: you are looking to book for 5 players and your gift voucher is for 3 players). To reserve for more players than your voucher credit will cover, please call us at (910) 833-5881 and we will create your reservation for you!
