RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and converse with guests

Build relationships with groups
​

Provide scripted room narratives and ensure that guests are aware of the overall goal of the room
​

"Game Mastering" (or monitoring) our immersive escape room experiences and provide assistance to guests in the form of hints
​

Reset rooms in an efficient and timely manner
​

General housekeeping/cleaning of lobby, office, and bathroom areas
​

Answer phone calls and accept bookings
​

Answer guest questions via phone and in-person with confidence and friendliness
​
-
Accept payments via walk-ins or over the phone
QUALIFICATIONS
-
This is a permanent position. You must be living in Wilmington year-round to be considered.

Must be 18 years or older
​

Must have availability after 2:30 PM Wednesday-Friday and full availability on weekends
​​

Must be available to work school/holiday breaks
​

Must have your own vehicle and valid Driver's License
​

Must be EXTREMELY outgoing with exceptional interpersonal skills!!!
​

Must have strong problem-solving skills/Must be able to react quickly to potential issues that may arise
​

Must have experience with customer service
​

Escape room experience is preferred!
